Before Booking

Our SUMMER OPENING TIMES are Monday – Sunday, First booking, 8am til 8pm
Our WINTER OPENING TIMES are Monday – Sunday, 8am – 4pm

All bookings to be made on our website www.goythalldogpaddock.co.uk

Maximum of 6 dogs per session.

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and treatment (Flea)

All dogs are to wear collars including ID tags.

Choker chains and Prong collars and other similar items are NOT permitted.

Any physical or verbal abuse to dogs will NOT be tolerated.

 

Booking and Payment

At Goyt Hall Dog Paddock, we take great pride in providing a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs to play and run. We require payment in advance for all bookings made through our website using Stripe, our payment gateway. By booking a session with us, you agree to our terms and conditions.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the slot to someone else. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, so we have a flexible cancellation policy where credited sessions will be permitted if we deem appropriate:

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
  • Cancellations can only be made 48 hours before the booking.
  • No-shows will lose any entitlement to a credited session.
  • Time can NOT be extended due to a late arrival.

 

By entering Goyt Hall Dog Paddock you are agreeing to the following rules & regulations:

ENTRANCE/EXIT PROCEDURES:
Dogs MUST be kept on leads at all times before entering the secured fenced area.
Upon arrival, please keep your dog(s) in your vehicle until the previous dog owner has their dog(s) back in their vehicle or has left.
Please be courteous and responsible when leaving the paddock and ensure this is done within your allocated time slot ready for the next user.
The main gate (Between the paddock and car park) MUST be kept closed at all times.

DURING YOUR VISIT:
You are responsible for the dog(s) you bring with you.
No dog(s) should be left unattended
Please refrain your dogs from barking excessively or dig.
ALWAYS clean your dogís mess immediately and place in the bin provided. Spare bags will be clipped around the fence perimeter.
Strictly no smoking in or around the paddock and car park area.
No food items are to be brought into the paddock (Human and Dog food). We only allow small treats for training purposes, please ensure none of these are left behind.

DISCLAIMER:
The paddock will be inspected by staff each morning and during opening times. However, it is also your responsibility to check for any issues. If you have any concerns regarding the paddock pease DO NOT ENTER and contact staff on the number provided.
You are responsible for your dog(s) behavior and actions at ALL times.
You are responsible for any damages or injury caused by your dog(s)
Goyt Hall Dog Paddock is NOT responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s)
Goyt Hall Dog Paddock is NOT responsible for injury caused to you or your dog(s)
You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your dog(s)
We have taken steps to ensure the paddock is secure with a 6-foot fence. However, we cannot guarantee that it is escape proof for all dogs. Goyt Hall Dog Paddock is not responsible for any escapees.
